Why do we call it a “Blue Sheet” when there isn’t anything Blue about it?? Well back when this form was paper only, and was sent out with the registration packet, it was on a blue piece of paper. The name just stuck. 🙂

1 – no dogs allowed on OCF property
2 – Board of Directors Meeting, 7pm
4 – Mandatory Food Booth Meeting, 6pm
at the Unitarian Universalist Church

4 – Proof of insurance for food booths must be received by the OCF office, or bring to Food Booth Meeting
4 – Deadline for submissions to Fair Family News
7 – Main Camp opens (No work on booths permitted prior to this date!)
7 – Booth registration on-site office hours June 7 – July 5
Monday & Tuesday • closed
Wednesday & Thursday • 11am – 4pm
Friday, Saturday & Sunday • 10am – 6pm
12 – Last day to request a refund of booth fees
20 – Last day for partial refund of booth fees
22 – Last day to submit plans for major booth work
25 – No check payments after this date
29 – Board of Directors Meeting, OCF Site, 4pm
30 – Last day to submit plans to Construction Crew for repairs
July
4 – All construction requiring inspection must be completed!
5 – All construction completed (tools down!)
6 – Booth Reg at site open 10am – 8pm
7 – Booth Reg at site open 10am – 8pm
8 – Booth Reg CLOSED
Early Banding for Food Booths 9am – 3pm

JULY 11, 12, 13 OREGON COUNTRY FAIR
15 – no camping on ocf property. No one on property after 6pm except post-Fair work crews

31 – Food voucher redemption expires
