From OCF Guidelines: 71. Booth Changes “A booth, crafter, or booth representative may take a leave of absence for no more than two consecutive years with written notification to Registration before the May 1 deadline.” * If you did not participate in the 2022 event, that does not count against your LOA allowance. Neither does the 2 year pandemic break.
Booth Representatives
From OCF Guidelines:85. A new primary representative for an existing booth must have five years’ experience participating in the booth within the last ten years, including the prior three consecutive calendar years. A secondary representative must have at least two years’ experience working in the food booth they represent, within the last five years. Primary and secondary representatives must have Food Handler’s cards and a good understanding of health codes.

The earliest you can open is Thursday at 12pm.
The latest you can stay open on Monday is 1pm.
All booths must be open Fri-Sun during the hours of 11am-7pm.
Your hours will be used to consider your eligibility to acquire supplemental Camping Passes.
Supplemental Pass Requests
From OCF Guidelines:86. In the case of a primary booth representative change, the booth will be subject to a two-year guidance period. Final approval of the transfer of primary booth representative status will be pending successful completion of the guidance period.
Violations of any Oregon Country Fair Guideline could result in being put on probation for one or two years.
Booths in a guidance period or probation can not apply for supplemental passes.
Supplemental Pass Justification
Please describe your booth work flow in detail relating to your existing pass usage and how it would change if additional passes are approved. This can include details around shifts and scheduling, front of house and kitchen positions, on-site and/or off-site food prep, town runners, etc.
Offsite Food Prep/ Licensing/ Reefer/ Silver Star/ Grey Water
Please give specific location information (full address) and contact information (name and phone number) of site administrator, if applicable.
Silver Star Specials are a way to offer a discount to Fair Volunteer Staff that are using Fair Food Vouchers to purchase food.
Some booths offer specials to specific crews, like anyone working Recycling, or anyone with a Staff wristband. If you offer another special, in addition to, or instead of a Silver Star Special, list it here.

Allergen Information
From OCF Guidelines:81. Food vendors must list
all food allergens (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean
shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans,
sesame) on their public menu display when
applicable.
Tree nuts include: Almonds, Brazil nuts, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Macadamia nuts, Pecans, Pine nuts, Pistachios, Walnuts.
Soy includes: Soy Beans, Tofu and Soy Sauce

Vendors / Parking / Laminates
We are gathering information for the photo laminate crew on how many food workers usually get laminates. They cost $5 each and can be obtained at the Photo ID Booth in the Dragon Plaza. (Generally open 8am-8pm Wed-Sat). It is recommended for hygiene purposes to get your wristband changed into a photo ID for people who’s hands interact with food.

This form will close at midnight on March 1st, 2025.
Between now and March 1st, you can save your responses at anytime and log back in as you finalize more details about your participation next year.
