Food Commitee Work Session

Proposed Agenda:

• Work out the Blue Sheet content and go over details about new additions, particularly the new recycling and compost questions, and update the expectations paragraph around approving off-hour menus.
• Confirm the new food booth tasting schedule.
• Finalize the expectation letter to go out to prospective tastings people with a timeline and directions.
• Divide up a schedule of who on the committee will reach out to each person tasting, to go over details.
• Confirm the guest list for new food tastings so we can tell the people how much food to bring.
• Create content for the email to go out late January that will cover Blue Sheet expectations and the upcoming Town Hall.
